One of the Strategic Aims of the HKRC Corporate Strategic Plan 2023-2028 is "Promote social cohesion and inclusion". The Red Cross Shop plans to launch a 3-month Humanitarian Trainee Program for graduates / students from special schools and/or people with disabilities and invite service beneficiaries of the HKRC and other NGOs to participate in "Exhibition X Market". It aims to provide an opportunity for the graduates / students / and/or people with disabilities to get familiar with the working environment and support them to integrate into the community, while at the same time to promote social cohesion and inclusion to the public.
