The promotion of social cohesion and inclusion will foster a sense of community and increase social capital. All people could contribute to or receive support in the process of building a resilient community. The HKRC commences a social project in Kwun Tong District, namely “Together We Live in Kwun Tong”, to enhance social cohesion and resilience by building district-based service depots.
Through the service depot, we organize district carnivals, regular social activities, workshops, and trainings on various topics like health and disaster preparedness. Additionally, a community volunteer team will be formed to foster connections and mutual support.
Regularly holding community activities to promote community cohesion and inclusiveness.
